The room I was given was very pleasant, much cleaner than I expected. There are many benefits for this hotel as it has a restaurant which can bring room services for meals (despite when arrived rather late at night) and the food is quite decent. Breakfast was ok, and coffee was very good. Everything worked (aircon, kitchen equipment), and appreciated the bottled waters that they provided complimentary. The staff at reception were very friendly and nice, including giving recommendations and any assistance like using the laundry room, etc. The cleaning ladies are also nice and friendly, always tried to help. Thanks very much to make my stay pleasant.

Everything you can expect of a comfortable hotel can be found here. The only disadvantage we found here a few years ago - a lack of a luggage room - has been improved. Now the luggage storage is available. Even our arrival in the middle of the night has not become an issue. The receptionist opened the garage, met us and provided with the best service. Just perfect, there is nothing else I can say.

The room was much bigger than I expected. We were in the middle of the center of Bucharest, so it was easy to go to places. We had a rented car and it was also easy to park near and in the hotel parking. I asked the front desk what we could visit in Bucharest and he immediately printed pages of all the landmarks, which we then took with us and were a great help. I would have stayed longer if I could. Really enjoyed everything!

This property was great for me and my two teenage boys. Plenty of room and space. It is in a quiet location so a good nights sleep had by all. Very easy to get to the many sights of Romania. Uber is quick and speedy and reliable. I looked at staying closer to Therme Spa the main reason for our visit but so glad we chose this ApartHotel. Super clean and lovely staff.
